Step 1
THE CONSULTATION
Let’s meet! We will perform a basic skin analysis to understand your overall skin health and your concerns. All of your questions will be addressed during this time.
Step 2
THE SERVICES
Once we have a better understanding of your skin and your concerns we can devise a treatment plan that works for you.
This is where the transformation begins. Your skin will be cleansed, numbed, and prepped for the treatment. After the treatment a cocktail of the appropriate serums and topicals will accelerate and enhance your results.
Step 3
ENJOY YOUR NEW SKIN
Immediately after your microneedling procedure you may have slight swelling, redness, and tightness. We will provide you with a post-procedure kit that will soothe and protect your skin for 10 to 14 days.
Within 2 weeks you will begin to see a marked difference in the appearance of your skin. An improved skin texture, brightness, and firmness are just some of the benefits you will experience.

About us
Roslind Ray
Director and Esthetician, MBA, LE
Roslind, known to her clients as Roz, is an Esthetician and the Director of Glow Beauty Bar, founded in 2014. She has 16 years of experience in Cosmetics and Medical Esthetics. She is known for her commitment to achieving rapid, noticeable enhancement and corrective results for her clients.
She apprenticed under several master medical estheticians before obtaining her license and embarking on her endeavors in esthetics. She has advanced certifications in permanent cosmetics, microblading, semi-permanent lash extensions, LED teeth whitening, advanced chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, thermolysis, microdermabrasion, and hydrodermabrasion. She is certified in CPR, first aid, and blood-borne pathogens. She also holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
Roslind has a way of making it seem like achieving maximum results is effortless. She has creative solutions for all types of skin concerns and issues. Her vast experience allows her to offer multiple solutions to a particular challenge. Roslind has a consultative and educational approach to assisting her clients in making the best decisions for their desired outcomes. She explains everything in an easily understandable way and always makes people feel like they have control over their treatments with realistic expectations about their results. Her service delivery skills are exceptional; she is deliberate, intentional, caring, and personally invested.
She currently lives in Roswell, GA, with her husband, their greyhound, Willa, and Maine coon, Maximus. She loves HIIT and cardio workouts, travel (she has visited 16 countries), beach time, and reading, and she is currently trying to increase her Spanish-speaking skills.
Neil Gladstone
MD, Medical Director
Dr. Neil Gladstone has been working with Glow Beauty Bar since 2016. He began the relationship as a provider of medical esthetic equipment and later came on as its Medical Director. He is a Board-Certified OB/GYN. He retired from active practice in 2018.
In 2008 he started a cosmetic company using the Palomar Star Lux System. The system was utilized in several med spa facilities. Over the past 13 years, he has served as the Medical Director of several spa facilities including The American Laser Centers. He has also worked with a number of individual nurse injectors with his own experience with neurotoxins and fillers. For 18 months, he was the surgeon for Hair Restoration Specialist also in Sandy Springs, GA. Besides his involvement with hair procedures he performed micro liposuction for stem cell production and PRP.
Dr. Gladstone has been trained by Dr. Charles Runnels in PRP (Face, Body, O-shot, and P shot) in 2013. For 12 years I served as the Medical Director for Innovative Health and Wellness which is an integrated practice with Chiropractic, Hormone (male and female), and weight loss where he supervised nurse practitioners and physician assistants. He maintains a valid Georgia Medical License as well as a valid DEA License. He has lived in Sandy Springs for 40 years with his beautiful wife. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.

MICRONEEDLING FAQS
Microneedling can be performed on the face, neck, chest, arms, legs, and abdomen. The number of treatments will vary based on your desired results, age, treatment area, and the severity of your current skin texture.
You can expect an improvement in skin texture and minimized depth of wrinkles, lines, scars, folds from stretch marks, and dimples in cellulite. The procedure also assists in the overall tone of your complexion from sun damage, hyperpigmentation, age spots, rosacea, and melasma.
While you may see some results right away the most dramatic change will manifest 4 to 6 weeks after your session. A minimum of 3 sessions are recommended for optimal results.
Most clients can comfortably withstand treatment but for deep-depth procedures we apply a medical grade topical anesthetic to ensure your comfort.
You will experience a flushed appearance and slight swelling immediately after the appearance but symptoms will resolve within 2 to 3 days. Makeup can be worn 24 hours after the appointment.
